| Alan is currently CEO and Partner of several corporations including, AGS Capital, LLC.,
Superior Metal Technologies. LLC, and Sam's Technical Publishing. LLC. He also serves as President and Director of the Columbia Club of Indianapolis, and is a Member of Mid Ocean Golf Club Bermuda, Wolf Run Golf Club and Meridian Golf and Country Club in Indianapolis, Indiana.

| Alan is a respected and innovative entrepreneur. Born in Montreal, Canada, he currently resides in Indianapolis. Until 2001 Alan served as CEO of a major international insurance group. He has led or participated in the purchase and sale of more than seven major insurance companies in Canada, the U.S. and Bermuda. As CEO, Alan has successfully taken several companies public and managed major debt issues.

| Alan has achieved professional success outside the insurance industry, as well. In 1982, Alan and his business partner, Ron Foxcroft purchased Fluke Transport Ltd. in Hamilton Ontario, Canada and grew it into a multi-million dollar trucking operation. 1985 Alan and Ron started Burlington Terminals, now a significant logistics and warehouse operation. In 1986, Ron and Alan, invented the famous Fox 40 Pealess Whistle, and the parent company, Fox 40 Inc. is now the largest professional whistle manufacturer in the world with sales in over 141 countries.

| In October, 2002, AGS Capital LLC bought a struggling metal finisher and saved 80 local jobs. Today the company, Superior Metal Technologies, has sales in excess of seven (7) million dollars and does work for such unique projects as Notre Dame University’s new stadium, NASA Space station and the Old National Bank building.

| In April 2003 AGS acquired the famous SAMS Technical Publishing Group, which is responsible for the world’s largest collection of T.V. repair manuals, as well as “how-to” books SAVVY Guide and racing books. AGS also purchased Fast Tek LLC, a major sorting and containment company. AGS helped raise $2,000,000 and bought a for profit College with Campuses in New Jersey and Indianapolis, known as Med Tech College, which is owned by 25 investors. AGS’s most recent acquisition occurred in November, 2004, when it bought Hoosier Trim Product, a multi-million dollar metal manufacturing company, along with Bruce Dufour. Alan has invested in regional companies such as Monument Advisers, Inc., a prominent merchant bank, a successful tech venture capital fund, and Trophy Golf Club, one of the premiere golf courses in Indiana. Alan has made several investments in ventures throughout Canada, the USA, and Mexico.

In recognition of his business expertise and accomplishments, Alan was recently honored by Ernst and Young as Entrepreneur of the Year. In addition to his business activities, Alan is a vital member of his community. Alan’s innovative ideas, successful corporate and financial experience, as well as his love of sailing are assets to the Heart of Sailing Foundation.

| In his spare time, Alan enjoys playing squash, tennis, skiing, and sailing. Alan is married to Terri, and is the proud father of four boys: David, Barry, Derek, and Alan Jr. |
